Everyone said so: the smoothest installation of the last few years!

The climate which developed right from the start between the technicians of the German manufacturer manroland and the team of Italian printers and maintenance staff, and also between the manroland project managers and the Chairman of the Coptip cooperative, was marked by the greatest friendliness and helpfulness: working in such a pleasant atmosphere is the dream of every interpreter!

During the installation of this 80-page Lithoman IV, I supported technicians and engineers engaged in setting up the printing machine, the Contiweb dryer, the double folder and all the accessory and auxiliary plant.

In addition to the friendliness and great professionalism of all the people I worked with, there was the advantage of being in Modena, source of wonderful dishes and the home of Lambrusco.

Wir haben Frau Kristina Pisa bei zahlreichen unserer Neuinstallationen von Zeitungs- und Akzidenz-Rollenoffset-Maschinen im italienischen Sprachraum für Übersetzungs- und Dolmetscherdienstleistungen eingesetzt. In jüngerer Zeit waren das unter anderem die Lithoman-Installationen Graphicscalve (2016), Rotolito Lombarda (2018) und Coptip (2018). Durch Ihre Fachkompetenz und Ihre professionelle Arbeitsweise hat sie einen großen Anteil am Erfolg dieser Projekte. Frau Pisa trägt entscheidend dazu bei, die Kommunikation auf der Baustelle zu erleichtern und den schnellen Wissenstransfer an das Kundenpersonal bei Vor-Ort-Schulungen zu ermöglichen. Durch ihre angenehme Art ist es ihr immer wieder gelungen, als Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Installationsteam und der Kundenmannschaft ein gutes Arbeitsklima zu schaffen und aufrechtzuerhalten. Das ist ein nicht zu unterschätzender Faktor für erfolgreiche Projekte und wird sowohl von den Kunden als auch von uns als Maschinenhersteller sehr geschätzt. Wir hoffen auch in Zukunft auf viele gemeinsame Projekte mit Frau Pisa.

Quando una impresa effettua un importante investimento per un nuovo macchinario (ad esempio una nuova linea di stampa rotativa) , la “comunicazione” tra le persone coinvolte nel progetto è fondamentale, sia nella fase di trattativa e closing contrattuale che nella fase di installazione e avvio. Capirsi ( parlandosi ed ascoltandosi), consente non solo di ridurre i tempi ed evitare errori ma di creare quella necessaria empatia e fiducia tra le persone. Soprattutto nella fase di installazione del macchinario, dove i contenuti tecnici prevalgono sugli altri, è fondamentale abbassare le difese anche comunicative che inevitabilmente si creano tra le persone: un misto di diffidenza, reticenza che rischiano di minare la buona riuscita del progetto. Per questo motivo il ruolo di un interprete professionale è molto importante per garantire una buona comunicazione perché consente non solo di capirsi ma soprattutto di instaurare un rapporto di fiducia. Kristina ci ha accompagnato per diversi mesi durante l’installazione della nuova rotativa in COPTIP INDUSTRIE GRAFICHE, mettendo in comunicazione tante persone diverse, con esperienze vissute diverse, non solo in un lavoro di mera “traduzione” ma di creare “squadra”. Per questa ragione Kristina fa parte di diritto dello staff di installazione delle nostre rotative. Grazie Kristina.
